The Vypers Volleyball Club strives for excellence and in the process has achieved success at local, state, and national level as players and as a club.
These are those highlights.

2011
Arafura Games
Men’s Coach, Matthew Cheong-Wing, was chosen by Volleyball NT to coach the Mens Arafura Squad in 2011.
Vypers players representing the NT: John Pattemore, Jonathon Dunstan, John Lay, Chris Fforde, Andrew Scott, Chris Stewart, Jeremy Schelkis, Mark Trobbiani, Kyle Webb, and James “Jet” Chan.
Vypers member, John Lay, was chosen by Volleyball NT to coach the Womens Arafura Squad in 2011. Vypers had three women competing: Guin Cowan, Brooke Kimberley, and Michelle Ezzy.

Good Neighbour Tournament – Canberra
Vypers sent it’s first Junior Girls team to the Tournament.
Women’s Division 3 Team – Coached by Octavio Simoes.
Team Roster: Rachelle Pattemore, Michelle Ezzy, Sasha Beekham, Madeleine Chin, Georgina Chin, Roseanna Thomsen, Shakira Lampton, and Megan Smith.
2009
Arafura Games
Men’s Coach, Matthew Cheong-Wing, was chosen to coach the NT Men’s team.
Vypers players chosen for the Men’s team: John Pattemore, Jon Dunstan, Octavio Simoes, Johannes Baluyot, Mark Trobbiani, Phillip Pattemore, Andrew Scott and Duane Schelkis.
Women’s Coach, John Lay, was chosen to coach the NT Women’s team.
Vypers players chosen for the Women’s team: Guin Cowan, Jade Bear, Ricky Jones, Roseanna Thomsen, and Michelle Ezzy.
2008
Good Neighbour Tournament – Canberra
Vypers send their first Women’s Team to the Good Neighbour Tournament.
Men’s Division 2 – Gold Medalists
Women’s Division 2 – Sixth Place.
